High-Pitched Frequency Update

Sorry to revive an old thread but this was the most recent one I could find when I searched.

I am sad....

My Car now has the annoying high frequency noise. I hear it whenever the car is moving..as I come a stop, you hear it stop..when I go, just nearing 1000rpm..off it starts again... It's especially aggravating when I turn to look out my drivers window and my right ear faces the passenger side front/glove box area. It's becomes even louder.

I have only driven the car a few times in town since my Vegas trip (the high frequency noise started long before my oil temp vegas trip issue). It's going in to have the oil changed, the rear hatch issue fixed (hopefully) and I'm going to try and get them to listen to this high frequency noise. I know some people say its not that bad. But for me, it is. And now..its all I seem to hear, now that it's happening. I have 9300 miles on the car...seems like it started around 8000 mile-ish. I was SO crossing my fingers that I wouldn't get this noise. Sucks

I went to the Mercedes dealer because my H2 keeps having issues and is on it's last leg. Drove a GL450. Only problem is, my husband may say I have to get rid of the Z. It's a tough call, I'm becoming so frustrated with my little issues on this car. I LOVE MY CAR But...
