If you ever have any problems with the suspension and need to file warranty claim, yes.

Good reason for them to deny any work on the clutch system. But they already bend over backwards to try and deny any clutch system work, so I would go ahead and do it. Its the best mod out there other than a tune as far as I'm concerned

Do some serious checking for YOUR states laws. They vary. I once had to remove the intakes and put the original back on, cause dealership said they could not diagnosis with the K&N 's.
I do not believe they can void your warranty. But be sure. Don't just accept someone's opinion.
