Tire rotation: Left to right?

As we all know we can't rotate front to rear, but how about left to right? Any thoughts?

Well, you can, but as noted above these are directional tires. To swap L to R will require dismounting, mounting and re-balancing to rotate tires. I dread the thought of just getting my tires replaced when they need it because of the risk of the tire shop scuffing the rims. I wouldn't even consider going through it frequently just to rotate tires.

The joys of owning a sports car... When my boosted performance turbo kit gets here I'm going to 305/30/19 just hoping I can put the power to the ground with 500whp and 400ish wtq

I would swap my rears left to right mid season, you get much more life out of a set.

Default Rt , Lf swap

My tires (OEM) are marked "outside". How important is this?

Very. You need directional not asymmetrical tires to be able to swap them side to side...but you have to pull them from the wheels and swap them.

Default Directional?

So are the OEM Bridgestone potenza 050, that are marked "outside" directional or asymmetrical?
