I think they are saying that the values are erroneously labeled in lbs but are actually in Nm. So if one uses those numbers and assumes that they are in

I think they are saying that the values are erroneously labeled in lbs but are actually in Nm. So if one uses those numbers and assumes that they are in lbs, they will over torque.
Hopefully OP can return and straighten this out.
