Default New Battery Procedures

Hey guys,

Battery died and have replaced and put a new one in, however windows aren't auto up/down working correctly, I know there is a combination you need to do on newer vehicles when replacing battery to code things like this again (had to do it on my old car), does anyone have an idea of everything I should be doing for the Z?

Also have a custom tune as well, this should all be fine right?

Cheers!
