Update Bump!

For those still with issues with Aerojacket, WE here hope you get things resolved one way or another.

As for Aerojacket? They're NOT A VENDOR here any longer.

Please make sure to pass it along to others who might be interested in them and may not know why the decision was made to just not have them on here.

If you're still interested in doing business with them do it off the forum.

Good Luck!

I will leave this open until Op has had his issues resolved.

Thank You for your attention.

I'm getting no where with them. They are ignoring PayPal as well. Hopefully I get a refund and op does too.

I contacted PayPal on Dec 28th. According to them I was 1 day outside the allotted 180 days to file a claim. That and the fact Richard asked me to pay via friends and family ( I know I screwed up there), PayPal said they would see what they could do. I haven't heard anything from them since.

Gonna call my bank and see if they can pull the money back.

Also tried AEROJACKET several times via FB and calls, still NOTHING!!!

So sad!

Lately i've seen people post "quick shipping" "excellent products" on either the fb group "370z z34" or "370z" (I forget which)......

Have you tried talking to them about their experience with Aerojacket? Maybe they have a new form on contact?

How recent? Facebook shows me that they have seen the message, they just choose not to respond, and this all started recently in December. Back when they did respond somewhat regularly, it was just lies about shipments being otw for specific day arrivals. At this point I see them no differently than GTM; whom I had to deal with also for turbo kit problems. There are others in the fb group dealing with same crap. The stuff that people did receive quickly was probably in stock.

I feel worse for you than I do myself... You've had to deal with POOR BUSINESS crap like this from two companies now; one being a MAJOR product. I hope things get worked out for you and myself and all the other people having to deal with these types of issues. It really is sad people run businesses like this, and shaft people that are only trying to build a car for a hobby and enjoyment that they have .

My brother has had several generations of BMW M3's , and if someone operated a business on the BMW forum this way people would literally hunt them down to get their products back.

So here's an update for me. AJ sent paypal an SAIA tracking number, right at the deadline for responding. However, I can't validate it because it contains letters, and everything on SAIA's website is tracking of numeric values only; so I'm still skeptical. Paypal claims they will attempt to validate it themselves. It doesn't allow me to respond on the claim, so I tried sending an email to paypal. I got a response back that seemed automated, and completely ignored my statement that I could not validate the tracking number.

The website only lists a Gmail account now. Was there an address given when you sent the paypal? Where are they located?

I called PayPal and set up that claim, but never got any of the claim info like you have, nor is it on my PayPal login. Hopefully PayPal actually filed the claim. Where on your PayPal account did you find the claim info?

It disappeared from my initial my account page, but if you go to help, you'll see resolution center at the very bottom. If they filed it, it'll be listed there.

Oh and it turns out Aerojacket sent Paypal a bogus tracking number, so they contacted them again.
