I too have been trying to contact them. Ordered the fenders back on 1 Nov but have not received any feedback except when I placed my order. I have been also dealing with someone name Alex at the same email on their page. When i was trying to place my order they were answering very fast but now nothing.

Im having the same issue. I purchased a wing on ebay from them and they never shipped anything or responded to me or Paypal after I filed the claim. The other thing that kills me is that they post on these forums and still never get back to me after I have messaged and called repeatedly. After I got my money back from Aerojacket through my paypal claim, I decided to purchase the wing from Fly1 and mentioned my issue with Aerojacket not shipping my item and never responding. Lohit was super quick and nice to respond to me when I went to place my order but now doesnt respond to my emails or calls. I had to open up a dispute and im going to do a chargeback on my card as I see its pretty much the same issue all over again, especially if Aero and Fly1 get their parts from the same people. Screw that mess

Lohit and Fly1 are completely separate from Alex and Rich at Aerojacket. Lohit has outstanding customer service and response time and still should be a trusted source to buy from. I know I will be buying from him here soon in the future :tiphat: |
Thanks for clearing that up l if that is the case. He's responded to me now in all fairness. It's not a knock on him as he was nice enough to honor a black Friday deal after the day passed for the offer. The thing I can't stand is vendors that are so quick to take your money but then never respond again. Before I go any further with my experience, I'll wait to see how quickly things are handled. I've been screwed in the past for thousands of dollars due to situations like this so hopefully you'll pardon me for being quite sensitive to this stuff.

Just spoke with Lohit over the phone. Super nice guy and he made everything right. To clear things up, hes in no way affiliated with Rich from Aerojacket so no one has to call him to get to Rich. Hes totally separate.

What phone number are you guys using?
I just ordered a front lip from them on the 26th (of november) and have had the money taken out of my paypal account. I emailed the company and have yet to hear a response. ...After reading this stuff... I'm worried to say the least. |
after ordering my amuse front bumper back in september it finally arrived, havnt check the bumper yet. Ill keep yall posted

I forget what Aerojacket's is, I have Rich's personal cell number but I will not put that on a public forum out of respect for him and what his family may be going through. |
I suggest you guys make paypal claims or contact aerojacket via FB. Finally getting my side blades delivered, lets hope they get delivered and they get here in one piece. Will post more info soon!

I wish to handle this as diplomatically as possible, but it's getting ridiculous now. |

Blades have been received. Why am I posting all this? To make sure you guys know that, they're making their best effort to get me my products I've ordered. I hope OP gets through to them and they deliver! Note: process handled via FB Messenger. Based on my convo. with Aerojacket: not going out of business, busy, everyone on vacation overseas, swamped, busy. |
So where can I order a Duckbill from?

So here is an update I kept trying to contact Alex to no avail. Made a claim with PayPal and all of a sudden I got a shipping notice and date. Just got the fenders today. So far everything looks good but the area where the turn signal goes is not cut that well. But I got them finally. http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/12...d6676f2a55.jpghttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/12...42a70e2d73.jpghttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/12...48fa4ce6e4.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
I'm the OP.... Still no contact from them for me. I'm calling PayPal tomorrow, enough is enough.

But from what I understand Rich and Alex (Aerojacket) are still in business and will be finishing orders that were received prior to a certain date and then sticking to only Body Kits. All the misc. pieces like Hoods, Fenders, Side Skirts (unless included in the Body Kit) and Side Blades, spoiler etc. I believe due to personal issues he has had to cut business expenses drastically after getting all the pre-paid parts out. AT NO POINT HAS RICH OR ALEX STEPPED AWAY FROM AEROJACKET AND WILL NOT FULFILL ORDERS. THEY HAVE EVERY INTENT TO FULFILL ORDERS TO CUSTOMERS, but it's just taking a bit longer. I am not part of Aerojacket or their company, but have close relations with Aerojacket, Fly 1 and other companies that have invested close relations with Rich. As for what Rich will continue to sell through Aerojacket that is what others have heard. They are both great guys and have good heads on their shoulders. THEY ARE NO A GTM/SAM. They are just having a rough patch like a back order. |

Plus like I said before, when you run a business and have hundreds of orders to fulfill and there is a personal issue that ceases production of the business there will be delays. From what I understand Rich is the only one who crafts the parts. Alex is more front desk work with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. I understand as a customer being out money and no parts yet it does suck yes. I have been there plenty. In the end though when you have these hundreds of orders all messaging you the same thing about "where are my parts? Have they been shipped? etc.", he can't just sit there and answer each and every person to tell them all that they are still in production and will be shipped when they are done in the order of Order #; at that point he wouldn't ever have time to try and make or ship any of the parts that need to go out. You can push an elevator button as many times as you want, but it just won't come any faster. Yeah it is a sucky situation, but try to be a bit more patient in regards to the fact that there are people receiving their parts. Slowly yet surely things are still being worked on. Like I said, this isn't a GTM/Sam like issue where the company shut down and won't fulfill any orders whatsoever. Trust me, I'm trying to help you guys too, but I also understand the business and personal sides of it for Rich, which is why I didn't give out his cell phone number. Quote:

Order something that is JDM...pay money, don't hear anything for months and then it's Christmas!
Glad to hear things are progressing in a positive manner. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk |

I can tell you, their warehouse I visited was nothing more than 1k sq. ft and full of accessories and maybe a few bumpers here and there so, I don't think the product is made here, just stored and then shipped to U.S. clients. I had also spoken to Alex about this thread and even linked them to it, they're fully aware but have no intentions of coming back to this thread or the website. Not exact words from Alex but close enough. |

Busy sure No problem I guess :ugh2:. On the elevevator example? Sure but you always see more than one elevator in a building. I totally understand Gavin Im just messing with you. :icon17: Thanks for the heads up. The only reason this thread has not been closed already is for the simple fact the Op's issued hasn't been resolved. Quote:

From what I understood Rich was more on the parts handling and then Alex was on the sales tracker. I could be wrong haha, Never asked what he specifically does during his business day :p As for the shop, yeah it is small so there's only so much room for products to be stored and shipped. Product is not made there no, it is brought in from a supplier. Would need way more ventilation. And honestly the whole part about how Aerojacket pretty much doesn't want to be a vendor on the website anymore is exactly what I was trying to avoid. Didn't want to see them go. |

=/ true......Parts handling and sales handling should be handled by the same person or at least they should have some sort of protocol because i think that's where they're slacking.....if they had a system in place, I don't think we'd be having the issues with delays....but idk....I don't know how exactly they run things.... |

So I messaged Aerojacket on FB last night. I got a response at 12:07amEST.
Below is what they said verbatim "Hello it is going to be going out next week.we just have a lot of orders in U.S and oversea so we are a little backed up.we are not of of business.we are just not on the fourms anymore. It is just not efficient enough for us to be on there your order will be going out next week thank you" Hoping this is true. |
