I get clips, copper crush washers, and aluminum trans and diff washers at the dealer.

One time at the dealer I got a free brake fluid flush. Except I didn't authorize it, they flushed my 2-week old high quality brake fluid out for their crappy stock fluid, and then they had the gall to try and charge me for it
