Thats were we shine over everywhere else, everyone wants to be here even though they don't want to admit it....! We have it all; mountains (outdoor life), desert, beaches, great city life, real lakes (yea they have water at those), and perfect temps pretty much year round in S.Cal! Our Z's never have to go into winter storage here:-)

Saying "everyone wants to be here" is subjective. However, CA population growth is rising......
