Thats if it was something small...anything that is a major issue and police were involved they would burn a copy of it. See Wal Mart is a different story. I worked for MACYS so if anything happened outside of the store it wasnt our issue. I would tell them to contact mall security for issues such as that but Wal Mart is its own separate thing.
