Same reason I would gladly pay 300-400 for a Zele shift knob if it ever comes up for grab.

TK knob is rare, but not that rare as an ARC or TS oil cap. However, I think in a few years, it will be as rare.

Great JDM pieces. You can easily resell them, so why not shell out $250 for a knob?

Btw, DE offered me the TK knob but I know it would be a pia to take out the one I have now. It is pretty much stuck with the amount of red stuff I put in there. I do remember telling him, I'd rather spend my money on other parts though. It was a time when my diff bushings went squirt.

Then there's no reason other than " because you want to ". To each his own, your money so do what you like with it. OP, I don't get it either,but it's obvious that it's not meant for us to get.

Exactly. I'm also onboard the "I don't get it either" train. Who the hell is Tommy Kaira? Why is ANY shift knob not made from 14th century Spanish gold worth $250+? And if it's due to rarity, what does that mean mine's worth, since it's the only one in existence?
