I'm at about 27K right now. I bought it at the end of October, '09, but I didn't drive it as a Daily Driver until January 2010.

As others have said, it's meant to be driven! It's not like this is some limited production $50K+ sports car, it's a ~$30K mass production sports car. Only reason I'd think about getting another car as a DD is if I made the car more track oriented (replaced seats, harness, weight reduction, etc). I doubt I'll do that for a long time, if ever though. I think my most likely scenario is getting a slightly cheaper car as a DD (or keeping the Z) and a more expensive track beast.

I hit 5000 last week so I must feel even less bad. If I had 59,000 miles I'd still be feeling great about all the good fun I've had.

Haha, another evidence of too much grandma driving for me. My rears still look new.

I've got 11,000 on my car and the tires still look new.

About to start Auto-X next month.

I'm at 5200 mi. after 17 months. What happens at the 40, 50 and 60,000 mile levels. Does the car do as well, better or start developing rattles and other problems. How 'bout a glimpse into our future.

the rattles the car has made from the 5k range are no different now. oil/tire changes go by in a blur... i think i've got every sound someone has mentioned on the board but i think the ecu whine comes and goes, hardly noticable now and can't remember the last time i've heard it. everything still works great, no complaints and love every mile.

congrats AK.... I think I have a LONG ways to go... I am at 500 miles and had her for almost a year

I don't think I'll have 10k before I trade her in for another Z or GTR

And you all should take note of this comment when I post this car for sale soon when I buy a GTR or newer Z in a couple years.
