Heres the kicker, make sure they are underage.

But before you do ANY of this here are a couple things you need to do.

Plant the evidence, make sure you plant some kid porn in and around his house, then find a picture of him, post it on craigslist saying your looking for up and coming porn stars, and willing to pay for the some photos.

Photoshop some photos, put it in a manilla folder and stuff it in his mailbox and everything addressed to him from fake addresses.

Then watch as all of this unfolds.

When your neighbor goes, "ASK MY NEIGHBOR IM NOT A BAD GUY"

All you gotta say is.

Sir he has harassed many young children around the neighborhood and I was waiting to report it but thank God that I didnt have too, I also think he has a gun.
