Yah, I hate that too... Finger prints. When I close my door I only use my thumb on the window seal at the very top of the door.

I don't usually let anyone sit in my Z or G so no issue for me.

My wife grabs the window when closing.Makes me absolutely crazy!She tells me I have OCD?
Thing is I clean and wax the car for her all the time.Told her its on her from now on and that got her attention.She no longer does it!

just inform people how you want them to close the door, people I find are receptive when you ask them, unfortunately it does not occur to them cause they probably drive some pos.
