CSC Failures and Model Years?

'09 CSC went out twice. First time Nissan replaced it out of warranty (I paid parts but they comp'ed labor). Second time I said screw it and got a ZSpeed

'09 CSC went out twice. First time Nissan replaced it out of warranty (I paid parts but they comp'ed labor). Second time I said screw it and got a ZSpeed HD replacement. Never had a problem since.
