tell the guy to post picts of the shipping label that got returned to his house as proof.

USPS does have faulty scales at their pos stores where u weight your package on their 'automated' teller, you pay for the label, and a few days later shows up at your house telling you "not enough postage".

this is another reason why i f-king hate USPS!!

I hate USPS because customers always try to send a set of brakes in flat rate boxes and are surprised when the box carcass shows up to me either broken and missing a brake or two, or just as an empty shell.
