Any thoughts on this estimate to repair my vehicle?

If these are not already upgraded, then at the very least you should upgrade the CSC while you are doing the clutch job. The master and slave are both prone to failure. If you don't replace them at the same time as the clutch, they'll probably just fail after some time with your new clutch, and if it's the CSC you're dropping the transmission again to fix it. There's no reason to replace the rubber clutch line unless it's failing or you're replacing it with a SS line.

The master cylinder is OEM (there are no available aftermarket ones that fit without some level of modification right now). You can buy it for $100; no reason to pay a 69% markup on it.

Also, you have left out information, so people are making assumptions. What kind of parts are these? OEM? Aftermarket?
