7 1/4" not counting threads. I have one (complete) I could sell. This is also a perfect fit for nismos pre 2015 (like mine).

screwed the tow hook in and made a bracket to go on it. Fits pretty nice and doesnt touch the bumper:

I did a test fit but mostly stays off. As long as the cops leave me alone, it will stay that way.
