I don't drive the Nismo daily as it's not an ideal car for that, but when I do take it out it's usually on longer trips. However I have never felt uncomfortable in the Z seats, as they provide good support and can be adjusted for a good driving position.
What would probably be tiring is a lot of getting in and out if the car, or using a very stiff suspension.
