Hatch interference when full open, latch issues when full closed

For those interested, I got this hatch issue fixed. First, they replaced the latch... the problem was still there. They asked me if it only happened when I hadn't opened

First, they replaced the latch... the problem was still there. They asked me if it only happened when I hadn't opened the hatch in a while (maybe half a day or more). That was the case... so they replaced the hatch struts and the problem is gone.
