When you go to the website linked it shows the nismo one with only two holes.


is there an option for a plate with all the holes yours shows?

Yes moweraxle. Larry did a great job on mine. I had him shorten it to a custom length so it didn't stick out.

i like the placement of yours, i just cant sacrifice blocking that much area in the little opening we have already. atleast not this time of year....

You would think that Nissan would have this standard on the Z instead of the dimples on the front fascia for where a license plate will go which totally sucks!!

I mounted mine by not mounting one. cops can suck a ****, theres a plate on the back of the car if they are that concerned about it. some states have a "law" which isnt actually a law at all that a plate is "required" on the front, look into that and tell me what you find.

its one of those laws like cell phones on planes. if you tell enough stupid people its a law with no viable reason, then they will believe it and it becomes one. too bad they are taking it back..... after being a "law" for what? 20 some years?

I know its a law in Cali, I have had one too many "fix it" tickets ...just another reason for them to pull you over and look for other "mods" while they are at it

look for mods? lol ive never had a cop ask me to pop the hood. and im PRETTY sure they cant. They are even getting more lax on exhausts now, hell have you heard an SLS AMG go by? or many of the other STOCK high end cars now...... they are loud as ****, hell the SVT raptor has a button that makes it louder ON PURPOSE. so really the only thing they can bug you about is maybe tinting? and thats if they are just TRYING to be an *******. I had one try to give me a tinting ticket when i didnt even HAVE tinting, it was 100% stock. upholds the stereotypes of why people generally dont like the police. But I live in an area where there are porches, mercs, lambos all the time and they would be getting pulled every 10 seconds if the police around here gave 2 ***** about car "mods" thats something you have to worry about in areas where they dont see them very often.

the mount nissan came up with is actually better for air flow than the way we are mounting it with the toy hook. only prob is it looks ugly and you have to drill holes.
