370z Camber Arms and needed Track Settings

How much is you car lowered before adding the upper-a arms? Can you compare the range, both upper and lower bounds, to SPC and stock?

My Nismo is stock in height (all I have added to it is an oil cooler and brake pads) but of course it got lowered a touch by going to 18" rims with a squared setup. Best guess is that it is around 5" from the ground to the underside of the bumper with the plastic "engine under cover" piece.
