Angry Front Bumper Help.

So, I've been really loving my Nismo.

It was orignially a Californa Car, and as such had the stock Front Bumper Licence Plate.

Upon removing the front licence plate "vice" ... I found it left some nice presents for me.

I've been living with it for up until now, but now its really eating at me. I have to get it fixed.

I want to have you guys take a look and offer any adice for having it fixed, and what I can expect to be done/pay.

Thanks.

Update: Found a body shop down here with some pretty good feedback.

They have told me that filling then blending will leave "clouding" in the paint around the area being corrected - they recomend fully repainting the front bumper.

Anyone think this is going to far?

^^ I'm think I may have to get the whole thing re-painted.... which I'm scared to mess with ... stories of paint not matching alone scares me away.

Get it repainted. I had an 03 eclipse that I had to replace the front bumper on. It was pearl white. Took the bumper to get it painted at some podunk paint shop. Needless to say they matched it perfectly without my car being in the shop even with the wear and tear from years over. And this was like macco kinda paint job. 150 or so. I wouldn't fear too much of the paint job they generally know what they are doing.

Get a "I holes!" sticker or LED strip to cover it!

J/K... You should repaint the front bumper. Lucky yours is not pearl white...

Thanks for the help guys.

I'm going to go with a "Fill and Blend" as it's what's everyone seems to sujest - what should I look to pay. I want to have a ball park number when shopping around at Body Shops.

Should I even consider a Nissan Dealer?

Oh god no don't use a dealership for body/paint work unless it's warranty.

Post in your regional forum. Someone will know a reputable bodyshop in your area.

Definitely do the full repaint. It will look like a new car.
