Default Got My z fixed! Problem solved!!!

What's up z fans, am the guy that had a problem with my 12 nismo and had a starting problem. My car hesitated to start sometimes and it was really frustrating. So I took it to the dealership a moth ago and they did a load test and the battery was ok and they said it was normal blah blah blah. So my z keep hesitating so I took it back last week and I had them look at it again. The guy that helped me out was awesome he detected in a heartbeat, so he told me that that the sound the car was making, it wasn't normal and that it was the pressure regulator in the fuel pump. He told me it was a the first Z he seen fail like this and that I had to wait for the part to order becuase they didn't have it in stock. So today I went in today and they fixed it. Am very happy that my z is back. Thank goodness for manufacture warranty. Lol

are there any other NISMO's with the same problem? Or is this an isolated incident?

All Z's have the same pump so I don't think the problem is Nismo specific. There has been a few cars with similar issues of hard starting and it has either been a fuel pump issue or leaky injectors.

My nismo z after a month of owning it had a major clutch malfunction so the dealer had people from Japan come replace the entire Clutch and all the lines they said that it had never happened before. But any ways glad you car is fixed they fixed my car so I am happy. And got a free months payment and free 100000. Mile warranty.

I have a paint flaking issue on my '12. They took pictures on Fri and said they will likely fix it sometime this week.

Also have a weird issue where my key fob is only detected if it's near the center console or in the fobgina but the dealership swears it's "normal behavior" (it's totally not but w/e). Tested with the other fob and same result.

They showed me a wiring diagram where the '12 only has 2 internal fob sensors (one in the console and one in the rear of the car) but it's not like the car won't start so I'm not gonna sweat it for now.
