And yes, play hardball. I told them the number I wanted to be at, and when they declined, walked away. They called me back that afternoon. One tip I always tell people is to buy vehicles near the end of a quarter (March, June, Sept, and Dec). They're always going to be a bit more desperate to close deals around those times.
