It screws into where the front tow hook threads into the frame throught the bumper. No muss, no fuss.

thats what I'm getting but i need to fix the holes that the dealer made in my bumper first

Like I said. Go to Lowes/Ace Hardware look in the hardware section for white plugs/caps. I think they're made to cover the screw heads to give a finished look. I've seen Black and White only. I'll see if I have any at home. I'll take a picture.
