Anyone have the long EURO-style plate mounted without drilling? If so how did you do it?? I have the mower axle kit that fit the US spec plate but I

I have the mower axle kit that fit the US spec plate but I am nearly at a loss for ideas on how to mount my long plate securely enough so it does not flex while cruising at 130+mph.
