You just cannot trust them. I have 5 free changes and I don't think I will ever use it. For my old RSX-S, I went to get an oil change at the dealer and they lost my cap for the washer bottle. I have no idea how they lost it but it was missing and a ton of dirt/dust and other elements ended up in the washer bottle that clogged my nozzles.
