Anyone consider removing the hamburgers completely, having the holes filled, preped, painted? Obviously this isn't the cheap or the easy way out but if it's done correctly I think it

Anyone consider removing the hamburgers completely, having the holes filled, preped, painted? Obviously this isn't the cheap or the easy way out but if it's done correctly I think it would look great. How much do you think a body shop would charge?
