I hope that you mean you'e buying a house when you say your living situation may be changing. It seems like you've got a lot of spending planned. I hope a house and a investment portfolio are planned in there as well. Buy some things that go up in value, not just depreciating expenses like cars.
You're young, and it seems like you're making a lot of money. That's awesome. ![]() But you just mentioned dropping $150k+ on cars in the next year or two. If that's a drop in the bucket, that's great. Just don't go overboard. There's no guarantees that kind of income will last forever. You seem to realize that, and it's good to have a plan B if everything goes to hell. There's some decent driving up I45 between the Woodlands and Conroe. There's a few back roads between I45 and 290 that are pretty entertaining. I don't remember the road offhand, but it's an area worth exploring.
