As to where to buy the headlights, you can simply read the very first line in the thread you linked. The answer is right there.

Mods - whatever floats your boat. Lots of people do performance/suspension mods first, but for street I didn't do any performance mods (no need to go any faster than the car already is!) First mod I did was aftermarket sound system + back up camera. Performance sound system counts too right?
