hello everyone :)
Hello everyone, I've been looking into 370z since 2009. I finally saved up enough to buy one now but i was wondering if you guys could give me some of your thoughts/ insights.
I've been offered by my dealer for a black basic 370z w/ sports package out the door for 32,600. Is this worth it? I realized that the 2011 will be coming out soon, but i really don't need a rear view camera? or so i read. I am interested in the gray color though anyways, is the deal worth it? should it be lower? wait or buy? Thanks for you time everyone oh and I'm Jasmine nice to meet u all |

As far as I know, there aren't any substantial changes from 2010 to 2011. You don't get the rear view camera if you don't get the navigation, so that wouldn't really apply to you.
If that's what your dealer offered you, throw them a counteroffer and see where they'll go with the pricing. Oh yeah. 6MT (manual) or 7AT (automatic)? And what options (illuminated kick plates, splash guards, trunk mats, etc.)? Welcome to the site btw. |

Jasmine, welcome aboard! As suggested above, make a counter-offer to the dealer and see where that goes. Also, check with other dealers in your area and see what deal they are willing to make on the Z you want. Important thing, take your time and don't settle for what they want to sell you. Get what you want. Good Luck!

Sounds pretty high to me. Especially if that doesn't have the Sports Package. Check with some of sponsors on here.
PM FuszNissan (Lou). He's in St. Louis, but is helpful at finding stuff around the country. Here's a link to the dealer inventory section. Nissan 370Z Dealer Inventory - Nissan 370Z Forum Oh yeah, and welcome. Pretty name. |

No impact on warranty or service. Take it to whatever dealership you choose.

If you like the look of the illuminated kick plates, I'd try to get a car with those already in because the wiring will already be there. If you try to add it on later, it's still doable, but there's wiring that needs to be run and such. Everything else you can buy later on down the road if you decide you like them.
Make sure you find the car with all the options/color/etc. that you want or else you'll be kicking yourself for settling on what the dealership makes you think you want. For example, every time I see a Monterey Blue Z in my area, it makes me wish I had waited for that color instead of settling on Pearl White because it was the last one in stock for the next month in my area. |

I'm stuck between gray and black
the dealers here don't have gray in stock I checked the inventory list and gave fontana nissan a call it seems that it isnt possible to go for 31k out the door for a basic w/ sports package. I just don't think im good at bargaining but i will try to see if i can bring the price down more this weekend when i go back to the dealers =] wish me luck! i hope to join you guys w/ a 370z soon! ^^ |

There are rumors floating around that a change for the 2011 370z is a new shade of gray.
2011 New Color If you're considering gray, you might want to wait for the new color to see if you like it or not. Black is an amazing color. Check this thread out if you don't believe me. Simple and clean. 3SeventyZ's Journal |

Definitely get black!
Even though it isn't purely black, it is a very good looking color

Have you tried looking online at places such as cars.com, i've been doing some browsing there and found that connell Nissan in costa mesa seems to have the lowest prices on the 370Z. Pretty sure i saw a 2010 in their used inventory going for $28k with only 12k on the odometer and it was certified pre owned. |
