Ok so we got the wrong Police Dept. Call the Gwinett County PD then

Their website: Gwinnett County, GA: Police

I'd recommend calling this number 770.513.5000, which is their non-emergency number and who ever picks up the phone will be able to get you to talk to the correct person with that police department about filing a report.

Don't expect an email back from the Chief of Police, Gwinnett is a fairly large PD in the Atlanta area, which is good for you, but bad if the only person you want to talk to is the chief of police. If you get an email back from him it won't be before Monday..... Just call that number it will be worlds easier

I gave them a call, I gave them my info and they told me within 30 Minuits an officer will contact me. But still didn't receive a call.

I guess they don't know how to call my country, our open code is 973 then my mobile number.

What they have to dial before 973? Usually when I call the US I have to add 00 before 1 (US code). So it's the same there?

For the US the international access code is 011. So it would be 011 973 ...

They may not have international dialing access, some facilities restrict that. Best bet would be to set up a US Skype-In number for a few months and then set up call forwarding.

Well internationally you usually say PLUS '+' so the person knows to substitute the international prefix as it varies by country. In the US there are plenty of people that have never made an international call in their life, they will usually respond with, "plus what?".

973 is one of the state codes for New Jersey, wonder who they called? LOL.
