Don't forget mods don't inherently void your warranty - denials of claims have to be reasonably well linked to a failure or damage cause by the mod. You have protections, particularly those provided under the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act. Dealerships don't understand consumer protection laws well and dispense a lot of bad advice, perhaps risk aversion on behalf of the customer. Don't take my advice, or internet advice alone, but do check out the laws that protect you and your car.

I too have a 2014 6MT (my second 370Z) and am modding away.
