I nearly moved to Germany and was in the process of trying to export my old base 2009 and let me tell you, it's nearly freaking impossible to meet their emissions standards. My move ended up getting called off at the last second but I was ready to put the car into storage.

The emissions are virtually the same. You need a catalyst and its ok. Your car came with one. If you modified the exhaust that might be a problem. Your stock car would pass easily. The clincher might be no headlight washers if you are Xenon equipped and a rear fog light.
