There's also a little bit of a difference between spirited driving, well within the boundaries of control, and crossing the yellow line to attempt a pass... FWIW.

you know when you watch those videos of someone crashing at the track, and then theres that whole boring part before that you watch because you dont know when the crash happens? Yea.... that video is just the boring part. The CIA should make a compilation of Dan's boring driving footage and put it on repeat and force terrorists to watch it as a form of torture.
