Usually there's just a few screws that you have to remove then it comes right out. Sometimes there's a trim ring hiding the screw heads, just carefully pry it off.

dszombiex, thanks for the heads up, I'll check them out. I graduated from CSUN so I know Northridge pretty well, had some good times there. Maybe I'll run into you at a meet.
