Default 2014 370z what's new?

Hello guys! I'm purchasing my second 370z . My first 370z gave me problems with the CSC and master cylinder failure (that was a 2009 year model) and also somewhat overheating oil temperature. I'm buying a 2014 year model this time. Can anybody tell me if the newer models have these issues fix. Overall just tell me what's new . I will gratefully appreciate that. Thank you guys

I went from an ‘09 7AT to a ‘13 6MT. Some of the differences I’ve noticed (besides the transmission):

1. The steering wheel will not make the winding noise after pushing the start button, nor after turning the car off and when opening the door.
2. ‘12+ comes with an oil cooler and does make a difference IMO, but I don’t race/track my car.
3. CSC - couldn’t tell you, but I’ve never had these issues, even when I had an ‘07 350Z.
4. Exterior cosmetic differences - DRL’s, front bumper, stock rims, rear bumper reflector red.
5. Interior - gauges outlines are a bit darker.
6. Maybe it’s from the transmission change, but the feel of the car for the ‘13 feels lighter.

In terms of the common dreaded CSC failure, you may still run into issues with it.

Avoid dumping the clutch all the way to the floor when shifitng.. that should help, i read that was a common thing with a few people that i was reading up on when driving the Z that they had a habit of doing that BUT no one can know for sure.

Just start saving up for the CMAK kit from ZSpeed and you wont have to worry about that anymore.

Great kit, amazing customer service & very well reviewed on the forum!

If you have a manual transmission Z install the Z Speed Performance CMAK before it’s too late and your Z ends up riding on a flat bed tow truck home like my Z did lol.
