I'm located in MD, 15k (+3k on winter set) miles on stock sport 19's and they are still in great shape(I drive slow
). A must are dedicated winter tires and/or wheels for the winter season (got a used set of wheels - stock 18s + winter tires - should set you back at around $1k +/-$300). Our summer tires get like stones below 35ish F, plus the winter set will preserve your summer set during winter season like a charm . The window thing, it happens but it's logic, just make sure not to slam the door. Other than that, it is a great DD for me Plus I drove during this past storm on the winter set, no issues what so ever, never got stuck, plus tons of fun in an empty parking lot GL with your car, I never regretted getting it as a daily... maybe my friends sometimes, as my wife has the priority over the passenger seat, and nobody wants to ride in the trunk
