Sent an email also, but haven't heard back. Are you guys available to do a full headlight job in OC soon? Not sure if the LE is coming to fruition; but if not, I'll probably be interested in moving forward with the options you do have available now. Oh; and I may be interested in some candy painted calipers too!!

Thanks!
Lohit

It seems that they weren't responding to me either. But the other day they had an attempted theft of their company truck and spent a great deal of time with that. Click on Marco's name and send him a PM. He WILL respond but it may take 24 hours. They are extremely busy. I don't have a number but they did respond to the PM I sent. It just takes patience, even though I don't have a whole lot of that.

Joey, I've spoked with you already personally regarding BMW headlight work on the M3 and as for everyone else. The last BMW we did was a 5 series. As of now we are not touching BMW until all our Nissan clients are compeleted. I will let you know. Honestly, we are insanely swamped here we work on a scheduled term basis. It's not like we are constantly cranking out 50-100 headlights in one day! We are always here for the community.

You've all got to understand that 1 set of headlights is a painstaking task it can take anywhere from 10 hours to 60 hours of intriquette labor and we work our harddest to give 100% service, communication, quality product at everything do.

It doesn't mean you make your order today and by tomorrow it will be done. Joey I hope you remember the times I've helped you with your smoked tail lights in the pouring rain, repair your bumper and repaint it on the Matrix? We are here for you and for everyone. You've got my number but when I'm busy please understand. I do trully hope you don't think we are ignoring your post. On top of our everyday lives we live we aren't a 24 hours service even though it feels like it but we do get back to everyone. Marco was the one to actually tell me you posted. His phone blackberry is acting up right now. I'm not always online but get back to all my pm's. Marco's pm's box alone contains over 1500+ generated pm's our combined PM box probably won't even amount to all the headlights we've worked with but we are always here, constantly paying our dues to this community as well helping everyone & anyone in need whether it's headlights or general car talk.

As for communication we get back to everyone whether it's a call, text, e-mail, pm. On one occasion we escorted a guy home who had no car to get his headlights done, another occasion we stayed up 24 hours to help another guy with some h.i.d issues free off charge not even a client, another time we worked 48 hours to complete a headlight set for a carshow, along with many other occasions people just requesting pricing, advice to how or what we think there headlights should look even up to the point of "how should I modify my vehicle?" Keep in mind the Z is not the only vehicle we do work with and also our local guys who work with us also have our attention. There are days, for example, the month of October we were so booked we did not take any orders for work to be done until November of this month but this month is fully booked as well. The soonest appointment dates we have are December.

Have a great day everyone!

It's true. Ryan surprised me with a detailed email about wiring my lights. However, I still failed. LOL

Will bring my car in for them to do this when they are not so swamped.

I already Sent a PM but just in case, I'll write what I wrote here:

My name is Danny and I messaged Marco a while back about getting some headlights done, but my schedule was conflicted since I got deployed to Afghanistan (I'm in the military). I'll be coming back on leave for 2 weeks back home to Southern Cali and I'd like to get my headlights done.

I'll be coming back around Feb 1-15~ish, 2011 and was hoping you guys can schedule me in during that time frame. I live about 1.5 hours from SD, so I can easily drop my car off if that's possible and get it done (unless you guys have an office in Orange County which would be amazing!) This is my Daily Driver. I just need to get a better idea on the logistics of time and where to leave my car.

In terms of what I want done, here's a general breakdown:

Satin black housing
Platinum Graphite shrouds/projector (color matched)
leave amber reflector (cali state law)
*EDIT* Also thinking about the angel eyes with white LEDs..not sure on that one though

here's kind of an example of what i want:
(except I want the shroud and projector color matched to my vehicle-Platinum Graphite

Here's another example of the color match shroud /projector to clarify:

If you can give me a price breakdown, and possible schedule/arrangement, that would be great.
