If there is one thing I've learned about this show, is you can't make everyone happy. When they try to be a real drama, people complain about not having enough action. They throw in non stop action, people complain that it's not true enough to the comic. They bring in lots of zombie killing and comic based arcs, and we're back to the lack of human based drama complaining.
Trying to compare this to the comic is a bit fallacious. You just have to accept that this isn't the canon of the comic, and because mediums are so totally different, that to complain about that fact is utterly ridiculous. I for one am glad to see plenty of action, and am glad that they made this season start off so action oriented, but then again I value character and plot development; so I'm cool if none of that happens in an episode so long as an episode does one or both. |
How is it that a black man dies and another one replaces it? As soon as I saw the pastor, I knew Bob was going to be dead meat. They did the same thing with Tyrese and T-Dogg

Tainted meat! Four walls and a roof! Try and stop me! And my personal fav I MADE YOU A PROMISE! God I loved this episode. What's up / who's with Daryl tho?

Yea and Rick hacked the **** out of him too!

It is likely some fresh meat since the group is getting thin again and they will not want to axe too many more main characters. Just my opinion. But the preview of next week episode show that Beth is in some sort of hospital hooked up to an IV and stuff. She tries attacking what appear to be her kidnappers or the ones keeping her there.
So short answer is no they did not find that girl that was kidnapped named Beth. |
I fell asleep while Rick brained Garreth. I woke up to catch something about Rick's group sending some folks off with Abraham on the bus.
I'm tempted to spoil the Abraham and Co. storyline, but everyone has probably already figured out where it's going anyway... |
Looks like next week we finally catch up with Beth. Hopefully we find out who Daryl came back with too. It's definitely not Carol or Morgan like some people are saying. Guess we'll find out soon enough. Sunday why you so far away...

SPOILER ALERT: I'm calling it now - Daryl totally pulls Obama out of the bushes.
On a more serious note... Rick with dat Shane look. I'm for it. |
So so episode last night till they wheeled Carroll into the psycho hospital at the end. So somehow Daryl and Carroll got separated, I'm guessing that the orderly guy that helped Beth try to escape is the person that Daryl says to "come on out now".....and Rick will lead a posse to go save Beth in the next few episodes....?? It was fun to see the hospital security staff go all nutso though....

I'm a little mad we're going back to the other group (well, one of the other groups since everyone is separating again) already.
I'm not really enjoying Abraham's group add much as I hoped I would from reading the comics. |

Wtf did I just see???? Beth giving an atypical antipsychotic to a coma patient after grinding up 200mg tablets (at least 2-3) then maybe using sterile water only to suck up about 2mL (no idea the dilution rate) then trying to inject IV which can't happen grinding up pills meant for the GI and she was supposed to get 75mg in? The clonazepam is an anxiolytic given at 0.25-1mg which the bottle read .5mg, a 100% no no without the zero. Even if he did say the right med the dosage was off at 75mg. So the doc screwed up twice. 75mg for clozapine is fine and a normal dose starting out. And why would a coma pt need to lower his anxiety? I doubt he was going to seize.

Now I remember why I hated chemistry class...
