Yeah, I also thought she sounded a little bit different. Just figured I was hearing things, since it'd been a few months since I last heard her speak and maybe she'd always sounded like that. Glad to know I wasn't the only one who thought something was off, most of my friends said they didn't notice anything.

Okay, last episode was a bit of a yawner.....It was more of an art episode, not much action....still hearing Daryl say he never got a pony or frozen yogurt as a kid was great. I was sure he and Beth were going to get drunk and hook up, but no. Just a hug in the end. Daryl is a mean drunk!

They're really dragging the rest of this season out. I doubt it'll change until the finale where everybody meets up again.

I don't know the comic at all. but is the Termenous a story arc in the comic where they all form up again? Whats at that place? Lots of mayhem I hope. I can see them all going that way except Daryl who has fallen into a gang or real white trash thugs.

No idea. Never read the comics. I'm just guessing based on how they've done things up until now.

They are more closely following the events in the comic this season. Well as close as they can or willing to with their budget and changes they made to the characters early on.

She is an unrelated character to the comics much like Daryl is, so no. But if my theory is correct above it isn't good for her either. Or it could be a new character being introduced that may not be harmful. Just have to see how they play it out.

So at lunch I went to a bookstore and read a bit of a graphic novel made from the original comics involving Negan storyline....I see Rick has lost a hand. When did that happen in the comic?

The governor cuts it off when Rick goes to Woodbury. They didn't play that part out like in the comics. Instead they twisted that part of the story up and certain people die that do not in the comics.

Really if you are a fan of the show then continue watching it for what it is. They pull parts of the storyline from the comics to advance it. But they are not closely following it by any means with each character and even making up their own. Some of the characters that died on the show are still alive in the comics and some of the ones that are alive are dead in the comics.

Basically people who have read or are keeping up with the comics are using that to try and guess what is coming in the show. But not everything will show up on the show exactly like it did in the comic for different reasons.

Thanks! That helps. I think its good that they don't exactly follow each other. if we get Negan in the TV show version, I wonder who will play the part?? Someone crazy like John Malkovich or William Defoe....but that won't happen.

( Click to show/hide ) I am thinking Terminus will be The Sanctuary story arc where Negan and the Saviors are introduced. Since Tyreese and co. are about a day ahead of Rick and co. it will interesting how the show adapts to this scenario. Since everyone in Tyreese and co. are supposed to be dead already.
