I really like the sound of the FI's, but I wanted more of a look closer to stock. So I decided to go with the Berk. Either way, you can't go wrong!!

When we meet in a couple of weeks, you might want to bring a towel to wipe all the drool after you see, hear the Berk. :stirthepot:

No doubt. I mean it's snowing right now in the Western burbs. Albeit lightly, but it's still snow nonetheless.

Enough of this already...........at this rate, I may need to purchase Blizzak's for the upcoming meet.

How depressing.....:icon14:

Meet will only happen of our cars are out of storage

One_Quick_Z 03-20-2013 07:46 AM

Traded in the G and my 00 civic coupe for a new daily.

Picked up a 2010 Civic EX sedan white tinted windows loaded, its nice just thought I would share lol.

Plan on putting stretched tires and air-ride on it and then and only then will I be able to challenge the great BRZ/FRS lol.

I can highly recommend Blizzak's, they helped my Z through the last 3 winters without major issues!

Yes. I still need to get an oil cooler and change brake fluid before I do though.

What do you think of the z1 ss brake lines vs ones like Goodrich or stop tech?

Ni55anPat 03-21-2013 01:31 PM

I would go with z1, priced good....i would think SS lines are all the same?

You would think, but them I have some people say the Goodrich are better made. Who knows

JB1 03-21-2013 04:31 PM

The Z1 lines I have look like quality pieces, can't see how (and why) the Goodrich ones can be twice as expensive. The Z1 lines also have a vinyl coating over the steel braiding. keeps dust and dirt out of the braiding and protects suspension parts the lines might rub on. (stainless steel is harder then aluminum...)

Did you already sign up for a track day? I'll be at Autobahn on June 3rd with MVP

Not yet. I'm meeting with jimmy from gps tracktime on sat to discuss a deal for track days. Then I have to look at my schedule and see what I can do

tiger123 03-22-2013 08:04 PM

Stillen SC

Hey Pat, I see you may pick up a Stillen SC for a great price.

All the best to you. Hope you get it.

If you do get it, I know we have yet to meet, but I have dibs on the first ride. As a passenger of course...........unless you're in really good mood.

Ni55anPat 03-25-2013 08:21 AM

Yeah this year we have been very far from average in march. But based in forecast it looks like things will improve soon.

Ni55anPat 03-25-2013 09:54 AM
