Wondering how much interest some would have in getting together sometime this summer.

A post in another thread got me thinking that we could see who is interested and where they are from then we can choose a meeting city.

Any day from the 25th thru the 30th of June works for me.

I sold my Z but I would still meet up if you guys wanted. Matter of fact I'm going to Lucas Oil to run the strip tonight in my new Jeep SRT8. Would love to see some Zs out there, there weren't any last year the 2 times I ran my Niz. Keep me updated

I liked it better when they ran the test and tune on Tuesday nights. Wednesday is my softball night.

I would be down for a meet, but I will be out of town from the 26th to the 2nd of July. Having to travel a bunch for the month of June.

Already missing my car after being gone for about 6 days now.

I am going on a cruise with another club down south on Saturday. Going through Story and Brown County and ending up in Bloomington. Should be a pretty good run.

Damn. I'm out of town this weekend.

Actually this time I don't mind being away. I'll be drinking on a beach in Marco Island. :D

I would much rather be down there. I just got back from Siesta Key last weekend, which was much nicer then down here in Texas where it's 100+ degrees.

I used to organize some G meets, but I sold it for a 550i, now I'm back to the 370z LOL

I would definitely meet up around Indy. The only thing is I am busy until July 9th or 10th.

On a side note, I have actually been working on starting an Indianapolis / MidWest Z club if anyone is interested.

I will be headed to Charlotte on the 26th, but I will definitely show up for the next meet.

Does anyone have any interest in a website to help organize these kinds of events? I can have a website created in short order which we can use to attract people, get events set in stone, and have a separate discussion / forum. Just gauging interest right now.

I am on the same page, I will be busy all the way up to July 2nd and July 9th. If you guys have the meet before that, I will catch the next one.

26 works for me too.
however, every saturday there is cars n coffee @ paradise cafe around 10am, last few times were pretty good, lots of good cars.
and at night, there is always something going on on the s side of indy.

I would be interested in some type of site to help organize the local Z's. I kind of miss my last few cars because of the local clubs. Both the local Subaru and S2000 clubs were pretty strong in the area. Always had fun doing the meets, drives, etc.

I barely ever see another 370, but always see 350s.

Me too. I only ever see another 370 when I'm in my Saturn.

Do they still do the cruize in down in Greenwood on Sat night? I know that doesn't meet the Sun date, but that's where I've done meet ups when it was just a few cars. Plenty to see and you can come and go as you please.

That site leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe it is a lost cause because of such few Indianapolis area owners. I really would like to get something organized and help spread the word, maybe even make it more of a Indy Z car club that is available to most of the midwest.

Ok, sorry for not updating this thread but I've been enjoying a well deserved vacation in south Florida.

I just saw a huge Mitsubishi meet over at the Sams club on the west side.

That would be cool to have that many Z's from all eras meet up in Indy.

I must get to z dayz some day.

Have to post a pic or two. I will definitely be in for the next meet. Not looking forward to my drive to Charlotte tomorrow, but at least the Z should make it a little more fun. Hopefully I get to hit the dragon on the way back.

That should be a fun drive and I would definitely hit the dragon on the way back. I haven't been yet but I will be taking a ride there at some point.

Even though only three of us are meeting up today it'll still be more Z's then I see outside of a Nissan dealer. :D

Maybe it'll be the start of something bigger in the Indy area.
