You should call asap to make a reservation, even if your not sure you are going. Although there is a cancellation fee, they will transfer reservations for free (at least they have in the past). If you think you can get a a group together from St. Louis then the cabin is definitely the way to go.

I have a room at the lodge (not a cabin), probably 75% sure I'll be there but if I can't make it, I'll post it on the forums and someone will snatch it up.

If the resort is booked, then you may be able to room at the hole-in-the-wall Microtel or someplace like that, in Robinsville. There are also Bead and Breakfasts in the area, and smaller resorts - although some are pricey.

I am getting a cabin so lou if you need a place to stay let me know.

I think Xiven will be staying with me. This is open to anyone who hasnt found a place to stay.

I have room for 2 more people besides me and Xiven.

if there are 4 people in my cabin it will be like $50 a night each.

Just changed my reservation from a single room to a 2 bedroom cabin. Two of my other 350 club members will be splitting the cost of room. Now if I can only get my other buddy to come along and make it an even 4 in the room. If he does come along, then it will only cost us $55 a night for the cabin (queen, 2 twins, and a pull-out sofa). Otherwise I am looking at $73.33 a night with just the 3 of us. Zdayz just can not come quick enough!

I hear that! I've been so busy lately for work traveling all over the world pretty much. I have not forgotten about the boards! I still lurk but don't have much time to hang and usually am in an airport or hotel when I do. That will change soon though, my work project is almost over! I'm NOT ignoring you guys =)

Also, while I was gone, my car got hit by something in the parking lot. Scheduled to be fixed tho. Just scratches...but deep enough it dented the door the rear fender. So thats whats up with me, was a great site to see coming back from Sigonella. Piss me off.

Finally Made Reservations at the Lodge
 

FINALLY got past the "procrastination bug" and made reservations today -- sounds like they still have a few accommodations still open, we were able to get a room in the lodge. Now we're just waiting for the Mid-Atlantic cruiZe to ZDayZ 2010.

Wow... so according to the website Fontana is completely booked now... Anyone know if this really is the case?...maybe I should just not be lazy and call lol

Stillen -- give them a call, I made reservations last weekend, and we got a room in the lodge -- call them and see what they have left open. Another option if they ARE booked is to ask if they have a waiting list..... Just some thoughts....

even if they are, they will put you on a waiting list to reserve... people cancel everyday! Better get crackin!

this^^^ and i believe bryan said all the cabins are reserved, not the lodge. i may be mistaken tho, i've slept since then lol
