I keep seeing a Monterey Blue Sport going north on 695. He gets off right where I do across the Key Bridge (Penninsula Highway) and even turns into the same

I keep seeing a Monterey Blue Sport going north on 695. He gets off right where I do across the Key Bridge (Penninsula Highway) and even turns into the same housing community as myself.
All I know is, he has the Stillen plate mount, he has glasses, and talks on his cell phone while driving :-p. Oh, and he pays no mind to me waving at him in the Z, the few times Ive seen him.
