They are open in the morning and you can get a drink and bagel or something... 215 Fort Evans Road Northeast Leesburg, VA 20176 The morning run will first go south along the Shenandoah River - then across and back up into Harpers Fery - this will be a good lunch stop then from there some more back roads over the hills back into Leesburg. m4a1mustang likes this.
