Are there any of these things I can't use or install on my own

Yeah there's a little adapter thingy that hooks into a ball joint onto the tow bracket thing. Hang on let me find the thread. http://www.the370z.com/mid-atlantic-...l-model-2.html They didn't take great pictures.
