I called Fontana Village to verify my reservation that I made when I checked out last year, and lo and behold, it was confirmed. When I asked if there were any rooms available with a king bed, they said that there were some available on the ground level. These are the rooms that you can walk through the patio doors right to your car. So, anyone still interested in staying in the Lodge, there are still some rooms available.
Hope to see everyone there (well, not everyone  )!!!
