2012 GT-R Cruise

Man that guy is catching tons of heat on the GTR facebook page. I think this might end up worse for him and will lead to some major changes with the GTR cruises. Not worthy having car impounded over this kind of stupid and reckless behavior; such a shame how one guy irresponsible act might shut the curtain for the others.

Anyway, awesome pics and looks like most of you had a great cruise & bbq, I wish we had GTR cruises around here.

lolol makes us look bad? It was a GTR cruise. We're a Z site with a Z car group. That run wasn't organized by our fellas. We had guys that rode along, but this doesn't reflect on our group.

Well the problem is general population see videos like that and then complain that all sports car owners are reckless, stupid, blah blah blah.

Well said, like I said in one of the thread, I was amazed at the immaturity of some of the GTR drivers. You would expect that owning such amazing and expensive machines would MAKE you be more responsible nooooooooooo. The GTRs were absolutely amazing and extremely well modded. Sucks that I had to scratch one of my list for a Tahoe or Suburban in the near future. Having the right priorities in life sucks

No no, ZMan8 is definitely right - it attracts attention (almost invariably negative attention, of course), and with this stuff, the LAST thing you want is attention.

Just discussing this situation at work, my coworker immediately blurted out, "Wow, it sounds like you guys just go out and drive like ********", even though I had nothing to do with this cruise.

why are you guys so defensive?

Look at it this way, we have large car meets and always need to get permission from the parking lots of the places we go to. If one guy shows up an acts like an idiot, that place will no longer allow us to be there. On public roads, if one guy is an idiot and police see a video like that, they will patrol those roads more often. Plus in that area they will become less friendly to sports car drivers.
